Our first winter in North Carolina has been long, wet, and cold. Needing some sun, we decided to forgo our normal mountain adventure spring break and head to the tropics instead. It was a magical experience that only Walt Disney and friends could provide. I’ll turn it over to our guest blogger, Ansel, to fill you in on our adventures as I return to singing all of the Disney standards and driving Kristie, Parker, and Ansel crazy with my merriment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 12, 2019 – Friday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, April 12, we started driving to Florida. We did not make it to Florida, so we stayed at a hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 13, 2019 – Saturday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, April 13, we drove to Dixie Crossroads<\/a> for lunch. We got on the Disney Fantasy<\/a>. It was at Port Canaveral. We went swimming and we also went on the Aquaduck<\/a>. The Aquaduck is a clear waterslide that goes around the ship. That night we ate at the Enchanted Garden<\/a> restaurant on the ship. There we met the Charczenko family. After dinner, we went to our room to get our luggage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 14, 2019 – Sunday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday was a day at sea. We went swimming and we all had all you can eat sushi at Cabanas<\/a> for lunch. We dined at the Royal Court<\/a> for dinner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 15, 2019 – Monday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day we want to Cozumel, Mexico. We went on an old pirate ship, and we went to the sea where we snorkeled. A little later it started to rain but it did not matter because we were already wet. After that, we went in to go to the lunch buffet.  That night we were at the Animator\u2019s Palate<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 16, 2019 – Tuesday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day, we went to Grand Cayman. We rode a bus to Dolphin Cove <\/a>where we went to our groups. We were with a dolphin named Nemo. We got to feed him, pet him, and kiss him. After that, we went to Stingray City. The water was so perfect and clear, but the stingrays were very slimy. Then we went back to the boat. We went swimming at the pool. That evening, we went to the Enchanted Garden for dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 17, 2019 – Wednesday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We woke up at Falmouth, Jamaica. We rode a small bus to Mystic Mountain<\/a>. We first rode a chair lift to the top of the mountain.  Then we did the bobsled. It was so fun, and it was also very fast. Then we ate jerk chicken, fish, and rice while watching some Jamaican dancers. After that, we went ziplining. There were 5 spans and the last one was done in groups. We rode back to the cruise and that night we ate at Royal Court. That night, it was Pirate Night. You got bandanas, and there were fireworks.  But they were at 10:30, and I was asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 18, 2019 – Thursday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had no port adventures that day I went swimming and played with Maya Charczenko. We did 2 scavenger hunts. That night, we ate at Royal Court again for lobster night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 19, 2019 – Friday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were all excited to go to Castaway Cay<\/a>, but the wind was wild and the waves were big. We could not make it in the port, so we had a day at sea. I was very sad because I wanted to go to Castaway Cay \/Disney Island.  But Maya and I had a good time on the ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 20, 2019 – Saturday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We woke up at 7:30 to go back to Port Canaveral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was the best vacation ever!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
